Cancellation Policy
Drop-in & package bookings
Cancel up to 12 hours before class start time for a full credit refund to your account. Cancellations within 12 hours of class are non-refundable, but you can transfer the spot to a friend by contacting us via WhatsApp.
No-show policy
Missing a class without canceling = one session deducted from your package with no refund. Drop-ins forfeit the full price. Repeated no-shows (3+ in a month) may result in booking restrictions.
Pending payment timeouts
Reserved spots with unpaid bookings are automatically released after 24 hours. We'll send you a WhatsApp reminder before that.
Subscription holds & refunds
Monthly Unlimited subscriptions can be paused once per cycle (up to 7 days) with no penalty — just message us via WhatsApp before the start of your hold period. Subscriptions are non-refundable once active but transfer to credit in our system.
Studio-initiated cancellation
If we cancel a class (instructor unavailable, equipment, force majeure), you get a full credit refund automatically, plus a small make-up gesture at our discretion.
