Cancellation Policy

Drop-in & package bookings

Cancel up to 12 hours before class start time for a full refund. Package sessions go straight back onto your pack; paid drop-ins are refunded as studio credit on your account — automatically, the moment you cancel. Cancellations within 12 hours of class are non-refundable, but you can transfer the spot to a friend by contacting us via WhatsApp.

Studio credit

Studio credit is a rupiah balance on your account (see My Account). It never expires and applies automatically the next time you pay for a class or a pack — if your credit covers the full price, no payment is needed at all. Credit is not redeemable for cash.

No-show policy

Missing a class without canceling = one session deducted from your package with no refund. Drop-ins forfeit the full price. Repeated no-shows (3+ in a month) may result in booking restrictions.

Pending payment timeouts

Reserved spots with unpaid bookings are automatically released after 15 minutes, so a held seat never blocks someone else for long. You can restart payment anytime from My Account while spots remain.

Class packs & refunds

Class packs are non-refundable once activated. Sessions cancelled at least 12 hours before class return to your pack automatically. Unused sessions expire at the end of the pack's validity period — message us via WhatsApp if you need a hold for travel or medical reasons and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Studio-initiated cancellation

If we cancel a class (instructor unavailable, equipment, force majeure), you get a full credit refund automatically, plus a small make-up gesture at our discretion.
