1. Use of service
By creating an account and booking classes, you agree to use our service as intended: as a customer reserving and attending pilates classes. Do not abuse, scrape, or use automated tools against our booking system.
2. Account responsibility
You're responsible for your account credentials and all bookings made under it. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Health & liability
Pilates involves physical exertion. By attending a class, you confirm you're medically fit to do so or have consulted a physician. Hot Mat Pilates is not liable for injuries arising from misrepresentation of health status or failure to follow instructor cues.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices shown are in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted. We reserve the right to update pricing — existing booked classes are honored at the booked price.
5. Cancellation
See our Cancellation Policy for details on booking changes, no-shows, and refunds.
6. Conduct in studio
Be on time, respect instructors and fellow members, wipe down your mat, silence phones. Disruptive behavior may result in booking restrictions without refund.
7. Service changes
We may add, remove, or modify features. Substantive changes will be announced via email at least 7 days in advance.
